Not in one game and it's very small amount. Grifball/Multiteam for speed but as always, go for other challenges first.
Now I have a Machine Gun - Earn 77 kills with automatic weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking - 4400cR
Needler, Plasma Repeaters and Assault rifles are what you want to be getting kills with. Many games have these as your starting weapons. Invasion for one.
Fourth Horseman - Earn 5 multikills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2500cR
Multikills will come easy in one hit kill games. SWAT, Living Dead and Grifball for the easy getters.
Three Dog Fight - Earn a Triple Kill in Multiplayer Matchmaking - 2000cR
See that one above, not so much SWAT but the other games work fine.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges 02/02/2012
Covenant-cide - Kill 120 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking - 3200cR
A small amount. A single game of Scoreattack or Scoreattack x2 will get you what you need. Although with the other challenges today, not one you really need to go for.
Flat Tire - Kill 10 enemy vehicles in Firefight Matchmaking - 2343cR
Urgh... Holdout has a Banshee. You can get 2/3 if you focus on taking it out early. Snipers work best as it has a nack for dodging rockets. Larger maps in Arcadefight usually have 1 per round, and Traditional Firefight (Lives based) usually drops off a bunch but gameplay is a lot harder.
A Simple Spree - Earn any spree in Firefight Matchmaking - 2000cR
10 kills without too many burns or bullets or explosions. 5 kills if you're using a special weapon. Doesn't even have to be kills. Just drive around and let someone else get the kills.
A Heroic Breach - Kill 100 enemies on Corvette on Heroic in Firefight Matchmaking - 2000cR
Scoreattack, none of the above until you get this map. Then anything, it's only 100 kills.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges 01/02/2012
Just 3 today, one each for Campaign, Firefight and Multiplayer. Not sure what that's about.
Fire When Ready - Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking - 3000cR
Easy enough, just jump into something you enjoy or something that'll assist in the weekly and do what comes naturally. Grifball for speed as always.
Supporting Role - Earn 20 assists in Firefight Matchmaking - 1500cR
Firefight Doubles with a friend. Stick together and finish off each others enemies. Not all in one game so don't worry if you just miss out a bit.
If It Bleeds... - Find and kill the Gold Range-class Elite in any Campaign mission on Normal or harder - 5000cR
Yesterday was Heroic or Harder, today is Normal or Harder. Some copy paste from yesterday.
The one that I've found easiest is the one on Nightfall. He appears right at the beginning with the rest of the large group. He'll be at the far back if yoou're standing by the Dead Marine, Health pack and dropshield/hologram (I can't remember, been to long since I actually played Nightfall as it's supposed to be played) and 4 sniper rounds should be enough, just make sure you get a couple of headshots.

Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach - 1000cR
Just 100. You'll kill a few more for the other challenges, but this is easy enough. A game of scoreattack, any gamemode.
Demon - Kill 50 Elites in Firefight Matchmaking - 3000cR
Arcadefight in Doubles. The Heritic rounds will give you a massive boost and will probably be the fastest way to get this challenge. Other than that, a few games of Scoreattack x2 will work.
Golden Opportunity - Find and kill the Gold Ranger-class Elite in any Campaign mission on Heroic or harder - 5000cR

One Spartan Army - Kill 150 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking - 2250cR
No other Firefight challenges today, so get yourself into some doubles Arcadefight and unleash hell. You should be able to get it in one game, if you fall a bit behind, do another doubles in a Scoreattack mode. Quick and simple.
Short, Controlled Bursts - Kill 200 enemies with automatic weapons in the Campaign today - 3000cR
Winter Contingency. Grunts and over 600 rounds of AR Ammo. Best times to get this are, just as you first encounter the Covenant and in the building at the end.
Roast 'em, Toast 'em - Kill 10 enemies while jet-packing in Exodus on Normal - 2400cR
Grab the Rockets from the ODST, Grab a jetpack then find some enemies to kill. Wheen you fire that rocket, when it collides with the enemies, make sure to be holding the Use Equipment button.
This is My Rifle... - Earn 60 kills with precision weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking - 2700cR
Snipers, DMR, Needle Rifles or Focus Rifles. Thease are the weapons you want to use and Snipers/SWAT are the best gametypes for the job as they are, mostly Precision Weapons.
