One Spartan Army - Kill 100 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking - 1000cR
A single game of Scoreattack will get you this once nicely. Take your time and don't die too often. Really, there's nothing else to it. Just pick a nice map.
Blast Radius - Kill 40 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with grenades - 1000cR
Time to spam. Best level is Corvette. Those monster rooms are brilliant at holding explosions. You'll need to run around a lot to get the grenades, so you'll die a few times but then you get more grenades. Gruntpocolypse is brilliant. Never a shortage of grenades.
Iron Will - Complete a Campaign mission alone on Heroic or harder with the Iron Skull on - 2500cR
Find a nice easy mission such as Winter Contingency or Nightfall and just run it. A couple of run-throughs up top you can use, although Heroic isn't that hard. Just take your time.
The Magic Number - Complete 7 games in multiplayer Matchmaking - 1350cR
If you require help in completing games because you hate to lose, I can't help you. Just stick with it and play.
