In a nut shell, go out and play games where you kill a lot. Grifball is what I'll be playing most of this week, if not all of this week. No real specific way to do this. Just enjoy yourself and make sure you get enough kills per day. If you get 100 kills per day, you'll need 250 over the weekend.
