Fire When Ready - Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking - 3000cR
50 of them. Shoot them, Make them explode or hit them with a hammer. Just a few suggestions I can make. Enter Multiplayer and kill them.
Golden Opportunity - Find and kill the Gold Ranger-class Elite in any Campaign mission on Heroic or harder - 5000cR

Put Your Quarter Up - Complete 12 games in multiplayer Matchmaking - 3200cR
Just enter a game and stay till the end. Really, that's it.
Neuroscience - Kill 10 enemies with headshots in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2400cR
SWAT & Snipers are the games that focus on the headshots, games like invasion work just as fine though. As a Spartan you always have access to a Pistol or DMR and as an Elite you're good from tier 2 with the Needle Rifle.
