1 game of Scoreattack x2 will get you all the enemies you need. Just kill them before they kill themselves.
Survivor - Earn 5 Sprees in a Firefight Matchmaking game - 2000cR
Killing Sprees at every 10 till 50, then the next one's at 100. If you mix this in with the last challenge, the 3 shotgun sprees for 5, 10 & 15 kills works lovely.

Grifball & Multi-team for speed. Most games will work though. It'll probably be a slow process of Doubles though.
