Your Pistol kills are what you want here. Both Plasma & Bullet Pistol kills will count. The best way to get this challenge. In my opinion, SWAT. That pistol is a 1 shot headshot kill and SWAT will gladly get you a bunch of kills. Objective or Slayer, makes no difference. Any gametype will work in the long run, just make sure you've got a pistol to get the final blow with.
