In total, not hard. Just play around a bit for other challenges and this will come nicely. It's only 2-3 games of Slayer anyway.
Single Wield - Earn 77 kills with small arms weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking - 2800cR
Pistols are your friend and SWAT Magnums is the quickest way to get those kills. No shields, 1 shot, dead. Same Basic rules in Zombies, only that pistol might not always cut it against a fast enemy.
Go Right Ahead Folks - Earn a First Strike in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2000cR
The more rounds, the better. Grifball is a nice easy one, all your enemies are right in front of you and there are enough rounds to get a bunch of attempts in. You can even team up with 3 friends and stack the odds in your favour.
Make a Wish... - Earn a Running Riot in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 5000cR
15 of the buggers you need to kill. Possibly a perfection medal in it too. Regular gametypes won't cut it unless you are exceptionally skilled. All you need is a gametype that gives you an advantage. Games like Living dead can give you a nice stream of easy to kill enemies. You need to start off early and not get caught surrounded though. That can ruin your day.
You could also Grifball it, holding the ball gives you one easy kill, grab a health kit, repeat.
