Morning all. Hope you've not got wet from the rain. A lot of it about today. Any who, today is another Firefight Thursday so prepare for walking through a tonne of Grunts.
That Pink Mist - Kill 20 enemies with a Supercombine from the Needler or Needle Rifle in Firefight Matchmaking - 1650cR
20 enemies need to be exploded with pink shards. Needlers work well on grunts and both weapons work brilliantly on Brutes. Jackals & Skirmishers are, at times either to fragile, dying from 1 hit to the head, or too quick and dodge most of your shards. Elites will happily go down quickly if you wield a Plasma Pistol and one of the weapons. Just remember, DON'T go for the headshot. It's tempting, but you must avoid that for now.
A Satisfied Thirst - Kill 100 Grunts in Firefight Matchmaking - 1500cR
1 game of Gruntpocolypse will give you 120 ish Grunts to kill. Although I have a feeling you'll be playing a few round of Gruntpocolypse today. Just waddle through them all killing anything that moves.
Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 250 enemies in any game mode in Reach - 2500cR
Kill 250 enemies in Reach. As you'll be killing 400 in Firefight for a separate challenge, if you get that challenge before this one, I congratulate you on breaking the game.
One Spartan Army - Kill 400 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking - 2000cR
Half as rewarding as the challenge above but, whatever. It's simple, easy and best left till after the other challenges. Just keep playing through Scoreattack however you want.
That be all, very simple today, do all the challenges and you may just have yourself a weekly. As for me. I'll have to wait for tomorrow.
