Covenant-cide - Kill 120 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking - 1100cR
If you get yourself into a Scoreattack x2 you can do this in one sitting. However, there is another Firefight challenge that requires you to play Firefight, not Scoreattack, so how you tackle this is up to you.
Eyes in the Sky - Kill 10 enemies with the Designator in ONI on Heroic - 1000cR
A new one, not challenging but new none the less. Rally Point Alpha will actually set you at the point where you get the Designator, so if you start from there and Take out the wraiths using a DMR to take out the turret gunner and then running up to beat the crap out of the driver, you can use the Designator on the huts at the Gun and Radio locations. Easily get 10 kills there.
Bulletproof - Complete 2 Rounds in a Firefight Matchmaking game without dying - 1100cR
Scoreattack only has the one, so Firefight is where you'll want to be. You want to put a fair bit of space between you and your enemies, the last waves will really push you and the sooner you do it the better. I would suggest something like Rockets or FRG, just so you can quickly kill whatever is coming at you, and a Jet Pack to get the hell out when things turn bad.
Freelancing - Earn at least 21 kills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2100cR
In one game, I still say stick with Multi-Team or even Grifball. Even though MT has less teams than it used to (I still prefer the 6, 2 man teams) it's still a good gametype to get a bunch of kills. Play objective and make sure the game lasts long.
