Stick yourself in a Scoreattack x2 and provided the enemy don't get to grenade happy and take themselves or their allies out, you're set to get it in one game. If not, well, start another game up.
Pass the Rock - Earn 20 assists today in multiplayer Matchmaking - 1500cR
Assists, always easiest when done with a friend present. Take out an enemies shield possibly pop a few extra rounds into them depending on your weapon, then let your friend know now is the time to finish them off. Armour lock is useful to run up, punch and then hide so you don't die.
T-Hug It Out - Kill 6 enemies with close quarters combat in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 1200cR
I'd just say go ahead and play a game of Grifball. Hammers & Swords are very good close combat weapons and it isn't hard to kill in Grifball, though it's also a bit challenging to not be killed. Games where Shotguns are a prime focus (Shotgun Assult, Shotty Snipers) are also good. Or you can just go in to any game type and use your fist to beat them up.

Play, but don't AFK. The latest Bungie Update told people they are getting heavy handed against people AFKing, so yeah, just play.
