Any game mode. You've got 100 enemies in Firefight (1 game) and 7 games of Matchmaking, I'd say in total, on an average you'd reach just over 190 kills getting the challenges today (Looking at Slayer gameplay)
Be Their Huckleberry - Kill 100 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with the pistol - 2500cR
Gruntpocolypse is where you should go. The pistol will nicely hit the heads of those Grunts. Just remember to keep it loaded, pass by the resupply box once in a while.
Fourth Horseman - Earn 4 multikills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2000cR
Double kills are worth one, A triple kill on top is another one on top and so forth. So 1 Triple kill is worth 2 double kills. Something with many enemies, Chaos and easy kills (Multiteam, Rumble pit, Infection, SWAT and Grifball)
The Magic Number - Complete 7 games in multiplayer Matchmaking - 3000cR
Stay in a game, play it till the end and get a boost on the weekly challenge. Tat's all you need to do.
