More than a Handful - Kill 125 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking - 2500cR
125 kills can be 10 games, could be 2. Pick the games you're good at and get you kills. A good challenge to assist with the weekly challenge.
Neuroscience - Kill 10 enemies with headshots in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2400cR
SWAT, Snipers are games that reward you for headshots. SWAT Objective games can help if you're limited by kill amounts. If you still can't, Invasion is the best shot. 24 Minutes and 5/6 tiers with a Headshotting weapon.
T-Hug It Out - Kill 6 enemies with close quarters combat in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2400cR
Swords, Hammer, Shotguns and whatever else you can use to bludgeon your enemies. A Bomb, Flag, Skull or if you have none of those, your own Fists. Living Dead (Shotty & Swords) & Grifball (Melee, Hammers & Swords) are where I'd place myself.
A Solid Outing - Earn at least 15 kills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 1500cR
Grifball can take you to 70 kills + in a single game, but the old trick if that isn't for you, Multi-team. Rumble Pit is also good, first to 25.
