Any mode at all. We got some Firefight & Multiplayer so this one is a breeze. Firefight always works through this one nice enough.

Just complete them. Nothing else is required.
The House of Blue Leaves - Kill 177 enemies in a single Firefight Matchmaking game on Heroic - 1300cR
A fairly large amount. Not doable in Scoreattack (As far as I know), the best way to get this one would be to do some Doubles and select Arcadefight. Arcadefight is a 3 round game, it might still be a bit of a squeeze for 2 people, might need to steal some kills.
This is My Rifle... - Earn 77 kills with precision weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking - 1400cR
SWAT & Snipers are good games for this challenge and most weapons with a scope.
