A game of Scoreattack will get you this challenge, but there is another challenge that requires you to kill 150 enemies in Firefight so this one should come while getting that one.
Helping Hand - Earn 10 assists today in multiplayer Matchmaking - 2200cR
Over the next 24 hours(ish). Not too bad, Invasion and its Co-op Plasma Pistol fun should give you this challenge. Just call out target, focus fire and shield pop your way to victory.
Cannon Fodder - Kill 100 infantry-class foes in the Campaign today - 1250cR
Generally Grunts and lower class Jackals. So the first few mission, Winter & ONI are quite good for this one. Grenade fun time.
Heroic Holdout - Kill 150 enemies on Holdout on Heroic in Firefight Matchmaking - 1125cR
Scoreattack, and keep voting nope till you get to this map. Then choose a gametype.
