Sorry for being late, work has been hectic. Company Quake 3 games are rather fast paced.
Gunslinger - Kill 150 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking - 5500cR
Simplicity. Grifball for Speed, anything else for anything else. Most of the challenges today are Grifballable but there are a couple of others that require a more delicate touch.
Sweep the Leg - Perform an Assassination in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2000cR
Objective games where you are faster than the objective holder work well. They usually don't have a motion tracker either, so feel free to run behind them for the easy kill.
Vengeance Found - Earn your 'Revenge' in a multiplayer Matchmaking game - 2000cR
Remember the guy who killed you, find him, the kill him. Grifball is rather easy as everyone is in the open.
Twin Trips - Earn 2 Triple Kills in the same match in multiplayer Matchmaking - 2000cR
Still Grifballing. Though Living Dead can be just as good, if not better. It's more one sided.
